The upper level of the hotel has superior function rooms.  The Function rooms have superb finishing, state of the art audio visual technology and Bose sound system.  All this combined creates the perfect venue for your next function, conference or meeting.

With the ability to cater for up to 130 guests banquet style, the Plantation Ballroom is the ideal venue for your next event.  The ballroom can also be divided to form two smaller rooms catering for 60 guests banquet style

The ballroom is surrounded by a large timber verandah which makes an ideal setting for post conference drinks or pre dinner canapés

Rainbow Beach Hotel is the ideal venue for your next conference or event.  Our Event Manager Nicole, who's previous experience covers events ranging from conferences to gala dinners, and clients include the AFL and Make a Wish Foundation will help guide you through every step of your Function.
